At Go Places, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
